As I work on more varied projects, giving price estimates has become more difficult, please send me an enquiry for a price estimate for your project using the sheet at the bottom.

The quickest way for me to give you an estimate is for you to link me something that I've already made that is in the style you want, and/or giving me visual references and short descriptions.

Prices here are estimates and will vary piece by piece !

- Anything overly complicated, e.g. super complicated mechs/machinery
- Anything overly gore, e.g. spilling guts and other open deadly injuries (subject to debate)

- Weird kinks and explicit sex acts

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By commissioning me you acknowledge and agree to all of the below, unless exceptions have been agreed upon in private conversation during the commission process. (Exceptions or elaboration to any terms will be added in brackets)

- The artist retains the right to post the work on any website, including live streams and process recordings to Youtube. These will include any reference images you have given me.

- You may not resell my artwork, use it commercially, or for promotion of a commercial project, unless we have discussed and agreed on this usage.

- If commercial use has been agreed on, the rights to the use the design commercially will transfer to the client upon receipt of the full payment for both the work and the commercial rights.

- You may use sketch and line art commissions to practice your lines and colouring when credit is given and we have agreed on this usage.

- You may not remove my signature from commissions.

- Finished work will be sent as the file type in the item description. Layered or .PSD files will not be given.

- I will not start a commission until I have any requested references. A minimum of half payment is needed for any projects over 50€. Commissions under 50€ must be paid in full before I can start. Should the halfway point of the project be reached before the second half of the payment is received, The project will be paused and continued upon receipt of the second half of the payment.

- Full size un-watermarked files will only be sent over after receiving the full payment. Only watermarked screencaps will be sent over for approval before full payment is received.

- Extra may be charged for any changes to the concept agreed on after I have received half payment or full payment.

- If you are not satisfied with the piece I will not give refunds or redo the piece, however if I have missed minor details that have already been agreed to and you would like me to add them in, I will do my best to do so.

- You may not claim my artwork as your own, trace, or heavily reference my work and claim it as your own.

- Should there be any reason I cannot finish a piece, I will offer you the work that I have done for the price it would amount to with a refund for the remainder of the cost of work not completed.

- Confirmation on concepts and approval to continue will be taken from the individual who has enquired about and confirmed the commission. If any other parties are involved in approving the commission it should be conveyed through this individual.

- Once the commission is completed, I will send the completed file(s). Once received, the file is the responsibility of the commissioner. While the artist keep copies of completed commission files, they are not responsible for replacing or resending files should they be lost. It is strongly recommend that you the commissioner back up the file(s) once received.
Should the commissioner request a file to be re-sent, additional fees may apply.

- Should the commissioner provide me with references of designs that don’t belong to them they take sole responsibility for any issues, legal or otherwise, that should arise from this.

-The work may not be used to attack or marginalise anyone. The artist retains the right to have you remove the artwork from anywhere you are using it if this is the case. If you do not remove the artwork after being asked, The artist will contact the platform or service it is being used on to have it removed.

-All work is custom to order.

How long will the commission take?

I will provide you with my calendar to discuss my availabilities, to make your project fit. As i have to jugle with school work, expect a few weeks before I can start on your commission. Once I am available I will be working with you until your commission is finished.

I send previews for approval at different stages to make sure everything is correct and that I can continue, this can vary depending on which points you'd like to see them and how big the project is.

Payment/how to commission me:

- Contact me via emails (if you don't have a discord account, you can ask me my DMs), you may send me questions about commissions at any time.

- A commission form can be found in the next section if you're not sure what I need to know, which you should fill in if you're serious about wanting a commission.

- Wait for me to reply and discuss the commission and agree on any exceptions to my terms and conditions.

- Once we have agreed on a price and concept and I have the references that I need from you along with your paypal e-mail, I can send you an invoice for the payment.

- Once I have either half or full payment, I will book you into my waiting list and give you a start date for your commission.

YOUR IDEA; I'd like you to tell me how you see the finished commission looking so I can have a better idea of what you're looking for and can better cater to it, you can be as specific or vague as you like, feel free to reference other art, or art from my gallery.

REQUIRED FILE SIZE: size that you'd like the final rendered files to be, or file size required for intended use. If you intend to print the art and the maximum size you'd like it.

Comme je travaille sur des projets plus variés, donner des estimations de prix est devenu plus difficile, s’il vous plaît envoyez-moi une demande pour une estimation de prix pour votre projet en utilisant la l'exemple en bas.
La façon la plus rapide pour moi de vous donner une estimation est pour vous de me donner le lien de quelque chose que j’ai déjà fait qui est dans le style que vous voulez, et/ou me donner des références visuelles et de courtes descriptions.

Les prix indiqués ici sont des estimations et varieront pièce par pièce !

- Fétiches bizarres et actes sexuels explicites

CONDITIONS GENERALES:

En me commissionant, vous reconnaissez et acceptez tous les éléments ci-dessous, à moins que des exceptions aient été convenues dans une conversation privée au cours du processus de la commission. (Des exceptions ou des précisions seront ajoutées entre parenthèses)

- L’artiste se réserve le droit d’afficher l’œuvre sur tout site, y compris les diffusions en direct et le traitement des enregistrements sur Youtube. Celles-ci incluront toutes les images de référence que vous m’aurez données.
- Vous ne pouvez pas revendre mon œuvre, l’utiliser commercialement ou pour promouvoir un projet commercial, à moins que nous n’ayons discuté et convenu d'une telle utilisation.
- Si l’utilisation commerciale a été convenue, les droits d’utilisation commerciale du dessin ou modèle seront transférés au client dès réception du paiement intégral de l’œuvre et des droits commerciaux.

- Vous pouvez utiliser mes commissions de brouillons pour repasser au propre vous même ou celles de lignes au propre pour vous entrainer à la couleur si crédit il y a et que l'on se soit mis d'accords au préalable sur son usage.

- Vous ne pouvez pas retirer ma signature de mes commissions.

- Le travail finit sera envoyé dans le type de fichier que vous souhaitez, à l'exception de fichiers psd ou tout autre où les masques sont accessibles séparément.

- Je demande la moitié du prix de la commission à l'avance pour tout projet au delà de 50euros. En dessous de 50euros, tout est payé à l'avance. Si à la moitié du projet je ne reçois pas l'autre moitié, le projet sera mis en pause jusqu'à ce que je reçoive l'autre moitié du paiement.

-- Les fichiers en grande taille sans signature filigrane sera reçu qu'après le paiement entier. Seulement des captures d'écrans avec signature filigrane seront envoyées en avances pour approbation avant le paiement entier.

- Un dépassement en extra peu être exigé sur tout changement sur le concept approuvé du projet après que le paiement entier est été reçus.

- Si vous n'êtes pas satisfait avec le résultat, je ne rembourse pas et ne referait pas la pièce. En revanche si j'ai raté ou oublié un détail sur lequel nous nous étions mis d'accord, je ferais de mon mieux pour le rectifier.

- Vous ne pouvez pas vous créditer mon travail comme étant le votre, où le décalquer ou le recopier et prendre le crédit.

- S'il devait y avoir une raison quelconque qui m'empêcherais de finir la pièce, je vous l'offrirais pour le prix du travail effectué, ou vous rembourserais le coût du travail non effectué si vous aviez déjà payé en entier.

- La confirmation des concepts et l’approbation de continuer seront prises de la personne qui a demandé et confirmé la commission. Si d’autres parties participent à l’approbation de la commission, cette personne devrait les transmettre.

- Une fois la commission complétée, j'enverrais le(s) fichier(s) complets. Une fois reçus, le(s) fichier(s) sera(seront) la responsabilité du client. Je garderais un double et la version psd. Si vous perdez votre fichier, ce n'est pas ma responsabilité de les renvoyer. Je vous conseille de faire des copies autre que sur votre PC.

- Si vous souhaitez que je vous renvoie le(s) fichier(s), un extra peu s'appliquer.

- Si le client me donne des références de designs qui ne lui appartiennent pas, la responsabilité ne s'applique pas à moi. Vous êtes responsable si il y a le moindre problème légal qui en ressort.
- Le produit ne peut pas être utilisé pour attaquer ou marginaliser qui que ce soit. Je garde les droits de vous faire faire retirer mon travail de où que se soit où vous l'exposerez si vous l'utilisez à ces fins. Je contacterais la plateforme sur lequel vous l'exposez si vous refusez de le retirer.
- Tout le travail est fait sur commande.

Combien de temps la commission prendrat-elle?

Je mettrais à disposition un calendrier pour montrer mes disponibilité, et faire rentrer le temps qu'il me faut pour faire votre projet. Puisque je dois jongler avec l'école, attendez-vous à quelques jours ou semaines de débatement avant que je puisse commencer votre commission. Une fois que je serais libre, je travaillerais sur votre commission sans interruption jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit finie.
